  • The Carver Parent Party is the largest fundraiser of the year!  This yearly tradition brings together the Carver parent community for a night of fun, while raising funds for our beloved children of Carver Elementary.

  • Funds raised at the Parent Party support many enrichment programs and essential positions at Carver Elementary. A few examples include:

    • All school field trips

    • Assemblies

    • Science program & science fair

    • Music, dance enrichment, and PE equipment

    • STEM materials

    • Library resources

    • Book fair 

    • Lunar New Year celebration

    • Health and safety initiatives

    • Noon aides 

    • Teacher appreciation events
      …and much, much more!

  • Dress to celebrate! ✨

    Trade your everyday gear for cocktail attire. Think polished and a little bit of sparkle.

  • Complimentary parking is available in the parking structure next to the hotel. Enter from Huntington Drive and follow signs for parking.

  • We warmly welcome all new Carver families! When purchasing tickets, you’ll have the option to:

    • Request to sit with specific friends.

    • Ask to be seated with other parents from your child’s grade.

    It’s a wonderful way to meet new people and connect with the Carver community.

  • There will be 10 seats per table.

  • Amazing — thank you! The Parent Party relies on generous donations from our community. We’re seeking:

    • Vacation stays

    • Sports tickets & concert passes

    • Exclusive experiences & tours

    • Jewelry, luxury goods, and in-kind donations

    • Brand new items like gaming consoles or tech

    No matter the size, every donation helps! Submit your donations here.

  • We are so grateful for local business support! Sponsorships offer meaningful recognition opportunities, which may include:

    • Event signage & banners

    • Mentions in Carver’s weekly Friday Flash email newsletter
